Im Rohr bei 200 &deg;C ca. 12 Minuten lang knusprig braten. Honig auf dem hei&szlig;en Speck verteilen und am Backblech nochmals ca. 2 Minuten im Backrohr leicht karamellisieren lassen, mit Pfeffer w&uuml;rzen.<\/p>\n<p>Den K&auml;se in feine Scheiben hobeln.<\/p>\n<p>F&uuml;r das Dressing alle Zutaten vermischen, gut mit Salz abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p>Salatherzen auseinander brechen und auf je einem Teller anrichten. Die Himbeeren und den K&auml;se darauf verteilen.
