Backpulver<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 l Milch<\/li>\n<li>60 g Kakao (nach Geschmack auch mehr oder weniger)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>F&uuml;r die Tunkmasse<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g Kokosfett<\/li>\n<li>30 g Kakao<\/li>\n<li>370 g Staubzucker<\/li>\n<li>3 EL Rum<\/li>\n<li>8 EL Milch<\/li>\n<li>Kokosett<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>ZUBEREITUNG<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Backrohr auf 180 &deg;C (Ober-Unterhitze) vorheizen.<\/p>\n<p>Aus dem Eiwei&szlig; Schnee machen.<\/p>\n<p>Butter, Zucker und Dotter schaumig r&uuml;hren. Mehl mit Backpulver vermischt zugeben. Dann die Milch dazur&uuml;hren. Kakao einr&uuml;hren. Schnee unterheben.<\/p>\n<p>Die Masse fingerdick auf ein Blech streichen und backen. Anschlie&szlig;end ausk&uuml;hlen lassen und kalt in Stangerl schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Das Kokosfett lauwarm zerlassen und die Zutaten einr&uuml;hren.
