Den komplett aufgetauten Spinat dazugeben und einige Minuten d&uuml;nsten.<\/p>\n<p>Schafk&auml;se fein hacken.<\/p>\n<p>Aus dem Bl&auml;tterteig ca. 10 x 10 cm gro&szlig;e Quadrate schneiden. Spinat und Schafk&auml;se auf die Quadrate verteilen und diese zu Dreiecken zusammenklappen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ei verquirlen und damit die Dreiecke bestreichen.
