Die Lauchzwiebeln in schmale Ringe schneiden. Mango in W&uuml;rfel schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Sch&uuml;ssel oder auf einer Servierplatte den Rucola mit Mozzarella, Lauchzwiebeln und Mango anrichten. Basilikum dar&uuml;ber verteilen.<\/p>\n<p>In einer Schale den Balsamico Essig mit Honig, &Ouml;l und 1 EL Wasser ordentlich verr&uuml;hren.
