Die Gurke sch&auml;len, l&auml;ngs halbieren, entkernen und in Scheiben schneiden. Den Paprika waschen, entkernen und w&uuml;rfeln. Die Schalotte klein hacken. Den Knoblauch fein hacken.<\/p>\n<p>Das vorbereitete Obst und Gem&uuml;se mit 50 ml kaltem Wasser fein p&uuml;rieren.
