Zwiebeln, Karotten und Sellerie unterr&uuml;hren und bei mittlerer Hitze 5 Minuten garen. Knoblauch zugeben und 1 Minute mitkochen.<\/p>\n<p>Fleisch zugeben und mit einer Gabel verteilen. Gut anbr&auml;unen. Br&uuml;he, Wein und zerkleinerte Tomaten mit Saft und Zucker zugeben.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Kochen bringen, Hitze verringern und ohne Deckel 60 &ndash; 90 Minuten k&ouml;cheln lassen. Gelegentlich r&uuml;hren.
