Den Honig und die Hirse hinzuf&uuml;gen und unter st&auml;ndigem R&uuml;hren ca. 20 Minuten ausquellen lassen. Von der Kochstelle nehmen und die Eigelbe unterr&uuml;hren.<\/p>\n<p>Den Pudding in kalt ausgesp&uuml;lte F&ouml;rmchen gie&szlig;en. Abk&uuml;hlen lassen und f&uuml;r mindestens zwei Stunden im K&uuml;hlschrank fest werden lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Servieren den Pudding aus den F&ouml;rmchen st&uuml;rzen und nach Belieben garnieren (z. B.
