H&uuml;hnerfilets salzen, in &Ouml;l beidseitig anbraten und aus der Pfanne heben.<\/p>\n<p>Im Bratenr&uuml;ckstand Zwiebel und Knoblauch and&uuml;nsten, Tomatenmark und Paprikapulver einr&uuml;hren. Paprikaw&uuml;rfel zugeben, mit Suppe aufgie&szlig;en und aufkochen. H&uuml;hnerfilets einlegen und zugedeckt ca. 20 Minuten d&uuml;nsten.<\/p>\n<p>Sauerrahm mit Mehl glatt r&uuml;hren, in die Sauce gie&szlig;en und einmal aufkochen lassen.
