Hamburgerspeck in W&uuml;rfel schneiden. Karotte, gelbe R&uuml;be und Sellerieknolle putzen und ebenfalls in kleine W&uuml;rfel schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>In einem Topf &Ouml;l erhitzen, Zwiebel und Speck darin anschwitzen, Gem&uuml;sew&uuml;rfel zugeben.
