Mit Salz und Zucker gut verkneten und ca. 30 Minuten lang ziehen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ziegenk&auml;se in Scheibchen schneiden. Speck in Scheibchen schneiden. Orangen in Scheibchen schneiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speck knusprig braten und aus der Pfanne nehmen. Ziegenk&auml;se kurz in der Speckpfanne anbraten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Honig, Balsamico, Senf, Oliven&ouml;l, Salz und Pfeffer zu einer Marinade vermischen und nach eigenem Geschmack abschmecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle Zutaten bis auf den Ziegenk&auml;se miteinander vermischen.
