Mit Gem&uuml;sebr&uuml;he abl&ouml;schen und ca. 10 Minuten k&ouml;cheln lassen. Danach in ein Sieb gie&szlig;en, abtropfen und ausk&uuml;hlen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Zwiebel in kleine W&uuml;rfelchen hacken, mit 1 EL Pflanzen&ouml;l anr&ouml;sten und beiseitestellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Roten R&uuml;ben abtropfen lassen und in kleine W&uuml;rfelchen schneiden. Die Mango in kleine W&uuml;rfelchen schneiden. Den Schafk&auml;se klein hacken.
