Ingwer hinzuf&uuml;gen und ca. 3 Minuten mitd&uuml;nsten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomatenmark und Knoblauch einr&uuml;hren und kurz mitd&uuml;nsten. Danach mit Kreuzk&uuml;mmel, Garam Masala, Koriander, Kurkuma und Chili best&auml;uben, einmal umr&uuml;hren und mit Wasser abl&ouml;schen. Aufkochen lassen.
