Nach und nach unter R&uuml;hren die Milch hinzugie&szlig;en und unterquirlen.<\/p>\n<p>Butterschmalz in einer beschichteten Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze zerlassen.<\/p>\n<p>Einen kleinen Sch&ouml;pfl&ouml;ffel Teig in die Pfanne geben, goldbraun backen, dann wenden und fertig backen.
