Lachs<\/li>\n<li>8 Scheiben Prosciutto<\/li>\n<li>2 EL Oliven&ouml;l<\/li>\n<li>8 Zweige Thymian<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ZUBEREITUNG<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Fenchel in feine Scheiben schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Butter in einer Pfanne schmelzen, Fenchel dazugeben und anschwitzen.<\/p>\n<p>Orangensaft, Ahornsirup und Wei&szlig;weinessig zugeben, Fenchel bei geringerer Hitze ca. 7 Minuten garen.
