Zuckerersatz)<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>ZUBEREITUNG<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Kohlsprossen halbieren und in Salzwasser ca. 4 Minuten kochen, dann abseihen und gut abtropfen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Schale von den Limetten abreiben und die Limetten auspressen. Knoblauch in feine scheiben schneiden. Mandeln grob hacken.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Pfanne mit Oliven&ouml;l und Butter erhitzen und die Kohlsprossen zugeben, ca. 6 Minuten darin braten.<\/p>\n<p>Knoblauchscheiben und Mandeln zugeben.
